We take care of all aspects of preparation: from bureaucracy to boutonniere. Our experience in organizing weddings in Georgia will allow you to think only about pleasant things; all other tasks are on us.
The most important are your passports.
After signing the contract, we will prepare a notarised translation of your passports in advance: you just need to send us the scans. We will also need scans of passports of witnesses, if they will be your close ones.

In order to register a marriage in Georgia, we will need your presence at the application and official registration. The whole process takes 1-2 days.
Marriage at the Georgian House of Justice takes place as follows: the newlyweds together with the organizer submit the documents in the common room of the House of Justice.
During the day, we are notified that the documents are prepared for the registration. Then we return to the House of Justice and register your marriage. There is no exact schedule for registration.

At the Palace of Marriage the atmosphere is more festive: there is a solemn ceremony with music and a speech by the registrar. In this case, you also submit your documents together with the organizer, and you can set the exact time of the marriage when you submit them.

After signing the marriage certificate, your marriage becomes legal on the territory of Georgia.
The documents are then submitted for apostille or legalization: the choice of document depends on the country in which you need to confirm your marriage.
It depends on the chosen package of services: the preparation of apostille or legalization takes from 1 to 11 working days.
You will be able to use this certificate in countries that have signed the Hague Convention. A detailed list can be found on the website
Legalization is needed for citizens that are not part of the Hague Convention.
Legalization has two stages. The first stage for any country can be prepared in Georgia. The second stage can be prepared in Georgia for those countries whose embassy is in Tbilisi: for example, UAE and Qatar.
